Through A Bug's Eye: April 2011

http://throughabugseye.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html

Through A Bug's Eye. Follow my journey as I try to learn more about photography. Friday, April 29, 2011. Using the same begonia photo as before, this time I played with a colour gradient using similar colours to those in the original photo. I also played with the text aspect, getting the text colours to blend in with the colours of the photo. I am happy with this one and would definitely use it for something. Thursday, April 28, 2011. Last year I had a play with one of my photos in Photoshop. OK, I feel ...

Through A Bug's Eye: Twilight Time

http://throughabugseye.blogspot.com/2012/01/twilight-time.html

Through A Bug's Eye. Follow my journey as I try to learn more about photography. Monday, January 9, 2012. One of my favourite beaches at twilight. The sad part is there was no beach, the currents and tides over the last twelve months or so have taken the beach away. High tide now brings the water right up to the sand dunes, & is slowly eroding them away to the point that the trees are falling into the water. Mother Nature at work. January 9, 2012 at 8:34 PM. Through A Bug's Eye. Follow my journey as I try to learn more about photography. Monday, May 30, 2011. The view from the Skywalk in Northern NSW, showing the rainforest canopy. Monday, May 2, 2011. This raindrop on my rose bush shows dominance in colour. Amazing how it dios that. Sunday, May 1, 2011. I love the lines in this one. Curved, oblique, and leading to horizontal. Creating interest as well as tranquillity. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). The Beach That Was. The Colours of Oz.

Through A Bug's Eye: July 2011

http://throughabugseye.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html

Through A Bug's Eye. Follow my journey as I try to learn more about photography. Wednesday, July 27, 2011. Some heavy clouds threatening some kind of moisture to fall. We figured there was snow not too far away on this particular day as it was freezing outside even though the sun was shining. Taken through the car window, the quality is not the best. However, I can appreciate the colour values on display. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). The Beach That Was. The Colours of Oz.

Through A Bug's Eye: June 2011

http://throughabugseye.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html

Through A Bug's Eye. Follow my journey as I try to learn more about photography. Monday, June 27, 2011. Just a seagull having a paddle, but there is a lot more if I look closely. The gull is of course dominant and he is nearly in that 1/3 location which makes for an interesting photo. The diagonal line of the fountain edge and the gull's shadow brings him more into that 1/3 position. Thursday, June 23, 2011. Monday, June 20, 2011. Sunday, June 19, 2011. A Room With A View. http://throughabugseye.blogspot.com/2011/06/red.html

Through A Bug's Eye. Follow my journey as I try to learn more about photography. Thursday, June 23, 2011. I like the dominant line in this one, curved and red, taking the eye up and around, just like the ride would take it's passengers. June 24, 2011 at 7:55 PM. I love this shot Jenny, really has so many different lines in it, yet as you say, the red takes your eye in a circular motion. Sorry Ive been absent lately, days to too short. http://throughabugseye.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html

Through A Bug's Eye. Follow my journey as I try to learn more about photography. Thursday, January 12, 2012. Ah my favoutite colours of all time! That would be the main reason why I love this pic, the cooling colours of the beach. There are also the curved lines that take the eye from one point to another, in this case from the river mouth to the headland 11 kms south. There is also the harmony of colour and line, and the peace and restfulness of horizontal direction. Tuesday, January 10, 2012. I love th...

Is something bugs cannot understand. It seems to me proportion is a. Forced perception of space. Like many other things, one is never really aware of this fact until one experiences the fascinating world of non-proportion. There is nothing surprising in the world of proportion, it is merely a way of organizing space. Posted by buggy at 4:42 PM. Posted by buggy at 11:21 AM. Livin, Lovin, and Tryin not to get stepped on. Monday, September 3, 2012. To the end of taking life so seriously. I know you're thinking that I have lost it.how could with all the big things that have happened in my life.this picture be the thing that inspires me to get back on the ole computer again. Let me explain. To "I can't believe summer is over." When I received the above picture from my friend with the caption that read "Who leaves this much juice in the bottle and then puts it back"? Here is the...
