Tuesday, 3 May 2011. Restaurant Review # 7. Two 4 Seven Restaurant and Bar at Area 11 Gimbia Street. So I'm trying to get back to the whole eating healthy thingy and decided to go with the plantain porridge made with unripe plantains - unripe plantain is a very good source of pottassium and a complex carbohydrate.
