These are days to remember. Monday, March 14, 2011. A few more notables. And have you ever wondered what 915 hand-dipped cakeballs look like? Coconut, carrot cake, lemon, funfetti, red velvet, chocolate and 44 hours later, I was cakeballed out. Saturday, March 12, 2011. I saw these cute Valentine Boxes from Pottery Barn and wanted to make them for my kids. This is Livi's Valentine's Day box she took to school. We decided on a robot theme. Made it through the entire meeting awake,. Ate from my minestrone soup stockpile for lunch,. Set up visiting teaching,. Got invited to a movie night,. Did linguistics readings,. Hung (and rehung) a bunch of clothes,. Boiled and ate two red potatoes for dinner,. Finished Linguistics Computing assignment,. Finished Isaiah readings,.

Saturday, May 12, 2012. Both girls decided this week that they wanted their hair cut! We have asked them a few times before but they have never been interested so we didn't push it. One of Lily's friends has cute, short hair and she told Lily you don't have to brush your hair as much and Lily was sold. We took them after preschool the other day to a children's salon. Rosy wanted to go first! She thought it was so funny to lean her head to the side. She is still showing us she can do it. A boring nap time.

Monday, July 25, 2011. Today has been an enlightening day. It started at about 4:00 AM. I got up out of bed to get ready to make the 35 minute drive back to Orem, as I was scheduled to work from 6 to 11. I wrapped up some challah bread that I had baked the night before to take to a missionary farewell I was set to go to after work. Wrapped and ready for gift-giving :). Monday, January 13, 2014. And last day of school! They celebrated Lily's birthday a day early because her birthday was actually the whole school field trip to the Aquatic center! She asked for cake pops to hand out to her class. She's sporting her brand new birthday, pink, light up cowgirl boots! At the Roseville aquatic center-it was a really fun day and had a perfect play area for the kids. She asked for hootenannies for her birthday dinner and an angel food cake with strawberries for dessert.
