The fear of saying no to the wrong thing. Diary, myburnout, burnout, stress, decision making, exhaustion, say no. I have always tried to be great at whatever I do, and I hate letting people down. I hate when people don't put things straight and just make an effort to get along. I believe in honesty, but that we can still be polite. But when does this go to far? Thoughs jotted down in my diary around this subject. So why all this fear? Am I afraid of being rejected? I don't know how to do that!

Day 5 - the day I decided to write down my thougts. Diary, myburnout, sick leave, doctor, burnout, stress, work. It was 3 days since I went to the doctor and she wrote me a sick leave certificate for 10 days and ordered me to go home and rest and try to do some activities I enjoyed without thinking about work. The day before I collapsed at work and sat crying in my colleagues office for 2 hours before she sent me home and asked me to go see a doctor. This is a clip from my diary from this day:.

It's a mixture of weird nightmares, dreams where I really need to get some tasks that seems impossible solved really quick, and dreams of meetings at work that goes really bad, or people talking behind my back. The Master Bee Keeper. 160;Monday, May 31, 2010. What an amazing way to begin the summer season. Hot temps, loads of sun, and a trip out to the farm made for an exciting weekend for the girls and me. The Master Bee Keeper (My Dad) and I decided to get a look at his winged pets' progress so far this season and I can testify that the saying "busy as a bee" is as accurate as they come because they have definitely been busy. No protective gear was worn during this advanture, just thought you should know).
