Discussion on Sports nutrition. 6hrs of ride time, 2hrs of massaging, 2hrs of getting kids outdoors (cycling, running, play equipment, etc) and 1hr of running requires adequate (but not necessarily specific) food/fuel/energy. I remember hearing it at least once at school (when I just happened to be listening) Energy is not created or destroyed, it is merely transformed from one state to another. Move lots, eat well.
