Find it difficult to stop drinking once you start? Is your drinking causing you probems at home? Is your drinking getting in the way of work? Do you want to change? Are people close to you worried about your drinking? Would you like some information and advice on alcohol? Want to talk to someone about your drinking? We can help. Give us a call 03 308 1270. When you drink too much it often causes a number of problems. If you drink to cope with stress, drinking can make the situation worse. What can YOU do?

Is drinking or drugs getting you into trouble at school, work or home? Do you use alcohol or drugs to cope with stress or strong feelings? Worried and want to talk about things? Craving or hanging out for drugs? Give us a call 03 308 1270. We are a youth friendly service, offering support to young people up to the age of 20 years, who have concerns about their own, or someone else's alcohol and other drug use. We can see you at our office, school or another community agency. What can YOU do?
