I really enjoyed my time there and took advantage of the summer evenings to explore the city. It has an interesting history and there is a lot of cool architecture there. Here are a few shots. I've been there a few weeks and will spend some more time there. I decided I needed to bring my camera and see what's so special about this place. A Canadian in Texas. Tuesday, May 28, 2013. Bike the Bricks - 2013. Friday night was the Annual Bike the Bricks in downtown Mckinney. This is the third one I have attended (spectator) and the second one I have shot. This year I was particularly looking forward to it as I have a new flash that has second curtain sync. Its the first time I used it though so still getting used to it but overall I was pleased with the capabilities of the flash on many fronts. Here is a handful of shots from the evening.

Gone with the Wind. Tuesday, March 10, 2009. Well Denise has her hand healed to the point she can now ride her motorcycle and that she did. We met her to breakfast on Sunday and then rode through Justin, to Krum and then back home. Denise did very well and will gain experience with each ride. Found out today that the whole gang will be going on the cruise for Hogs on the High Seas. This is going to be so much fun. I will have to post some pictures.n Wish it was November already. It was Bruce's first long(er) ride and he did so well. Then we went to Denise and Bruce's house for Pizza and cards. Ray and Darlene came also and I can't remember when I have laughed so much.
