A CARING SAFE PLACE. A Caring Safe Place, Inc. Was Founded In February 1997. A Caring Safe Place, Inc. And Incorporated as a private 501C (3) Non-Profit Organization In 1998. Located in historic Fifth Ward in Houston Texas, our mission is to provide crisis intervention services To HIV infected and affected individuals who are also victims of drug abuse, abandonment and neglect. A caring safe place provides a transitional living and social services through it’s programs.

Initial Orientation/ House Rules. Each Program Participant Is Provided With A One-On-One Orientation With The Designated Facility Site Technician. The Technician Will Discuss Application Process, Applicable Forms And House Rules. Each new resident participates in an Initial 28-Day Group Monday-Friday on site.
