In high school, college, and in church I was given leadership roles. I don't know that I was really a leader. I was simply committed to excellence. There is a difference. It is all on percentage and I did half way decent last month. I want to say it was 3.7%. I did it all by running when I had time and just trying to eat healthier and watch my portion size.
