Here are five workouts you can do anywhere, at any time with little to no equipment. Pick 5-8 exercises depending upon what you have access to. If you do not have any equipment you will be just fine with body weight. Want to make the circuit harder? Perform each exercise for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds between each exercise. 2 Forward Lunge (left leg).
