Warrior Dash - 8/20/11. OLY WEIGHTLIFTING CLINIC AT FLATIRONS CROSSFIT. Randy Hauer from Flatirons CrossFit and USAW International Coaach David Miller will be having an OLY clinic Saturday Oct. 24th from 12-3 pm. Topics include preparing to compete at the meet at Front Range CrossFit in November, teaching progressions for the squat snatch, squat clean and split jerk.
