Wednesday, July 7, 2010. For the Love of Running: Run #2. July 7, 2010. Today I ran 8min, walked 5min, ran 8min. I also had a 5min warmup and cool down. I was excited that I didn't feel completely like death this time! In fact, the first half of my run I felt great, the second half is a different story. I ended up walking twice, but I made myself tack on an extra 2 min run at the end to make up for it! I'm going to bed and hoping that I'll be out as soon as I hit the pillow! I am soooo proud of you fay!

Saturday, October 4, 2008. So here's some pictures, we took Chase to the beach for the first time. It is a Washington beach, but nonetheless he had a blast. He loves to throw things, so he was in Heaven with all of the rocks! So I thought I might as well do this tag, I haven't done one in a while. Wednesday, September 17, 2008. In 1 Nephi 8. The Love of God is the most desirable thing for us, I know that I have partaken of His love, and I desire to continue to partake of His love and to continue to hold strong and true to the iron rod as I pass through my mists of darkness. The other thing I learned that was so profound to me was found in 1 Nephi 10. We learn in this chapter and in cross reference to D&C 10:38-45. I'm going to keep fighting, and I challenge each you to keep fighting as well.
