New Teacher. New {ish} Wife. You’re Not Always Right →. October 1, 2012 · 6:11 PM. Well, it’s been a while. I AM alive. So there’s that. School is kicking my ass in a way I’ve never experienced before and I want to crawl into a hole and hide and hope some magical faeries will do my work for me. Mostly I’m in such a state of panic that I don’t do anything because everything needed to be done last week. So prioritizing doesn’t happen because, again,. Everything needed to already be done. Fill in your detai...

From last night. If you haven't read it yet, you really, REALLY should. It's blatantly obvious that the common mindset about these diseases needs to change. I hopped on teh Googles to see what sort of organizations are out there for education and support. Here's what I've found, and wanted to share:. Founded by...

Well, she sure ain't Martha. Tuesday, January 18, 2011. Tell them I've been cooking coconut skins. Welcome to 2011 everyone. I am fully aware that it is now 18 days. Into the new year. However, I just spent 8 hours studying and told myself that at midnight I could stop and *treat* myself to a blog, and that's just how my life is right now, so a New Year update can come a little late. At least it's still January. Work out ;). This is what I said last January:. And here we are in 2010. Resolution? Do what ...

Well, she sure ain't Martha.: Opportunity
http://thisgirlnamedmelissa.blogspot.com/2010/07/opportunity.html
Well, she sure ain't Martha. Saturday, July 10, 2010. This year, I received $1000 more back in tax refunds than I was expecting to. Turns out, I'm eligible for this: the American Opportunity Credit. Since the government was nice enough to give me a grand for going to school - something I love and would be doing anyway - I decided to give some back. 10%, or $100. I know it's not a large chunk, but it'll mean a lot to someone. Organizations like Kiva and Vittana work with partners that have extremely low d...

New Teacher. New {ish} Wife. Influenster:Beauty Blogger VoxBox →. October 8, 2012 · 9:03 PM. You’re Not Always Right. I am currently on fall break. That is one thing about my job/career field I wi never complain about since I get holidays, random breaks, and summers off. Am I usually still working during those times? Yes, but in sweatpants, with kitties, and SATC on my tv. After 5pm, probably with a glass of wine as well. None of that is fun, but I did that to myself. For one, my focus is on contemporary...

8230; and baby makes five. After so much anticipation our little peanut has arrived! Name: Naomi Jack (pronounced “N-eye-o-mi” not “N-eh-o-mi”). Date: April 2, 2012. Weight: 6 lbs 10 oz. Length: 51 cm (20.1 inches). It has been such a huge, expanding, hazy, crystal-clear, exhausting, energizing, loving week and I can’t wait to tell you all about it… but for right now I am going quickly get down some food before the Little Miss pulls rank and demands hers first. Thank you so much for your notes and emails!

Home Office Reno: Before & After. There have been some changes around here. Big changes. The kind of changes that make you forget you have a gargantuan load of laundry in the washing machine until three days after you put the load in there but the thought of putting the clothes through a cycle AGAIN and forgetting about them AGAIN is so overwhelming that you squeeze your eyes shut and hope, HOPE! Hold your horses, folks: I am not pregnant. And I didn’t finally get on Oprah. I Changed. Jobs. For paint col...
