And yet, there I was, making a recipe infused with a whole bunch o’ garlic. Literally an entire head of garlic. Mmm, mmmm. What’s nice about this recipe is that it uses very few ingredients: quinoa, olive oil, mushrooms, red pepper, and of course, garlic. I cooked and stirred, cooked and stirred until the veggies were soft.
