I’m a big fan of chicken tortilla soup. I love the medley of spices and flavors all topped with cheese and tortilla strips, I mean really – what could be better? I decided to try making it on my own and was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. The best part was that it was so simple to make, I just let the crockpot do all the cooking.
