Wednesday, June 27, 2012. Happy Birthday Party, Hallie! Last Saturday we celebrated Hallie's birthday. We wanted everyone to be able to make it (on both sides of the family) and Saturday just seemed to work best for everyone. It was only a couple days before her real birthday (TODAY! It made today a lot less stressful, and made it possible to have a big shindig on Saturday. I might have gone a little overboard, but hey, it's my first child's first birthday! And that was that. Well, I painted it right after it was taken apart. A lovely yellow. The plan for it was that it was going to be a magnetic make up holder like this one. So, I did. Tuesday, October 2, 2012. Well, I went to provo this last weekend! It was seriously the most refreshing/fun weekend I've had since I've been home! I saw a alot of mission friends and family, and it was just so good! Drove down after my class. So I left Rexburg at 1:15 and got to Salt Lake about 5. I decided to hop out and just walk around temple square for a little while, which was so refreshing! The spirit was totally there and it felt good to go explore and just enjoy some time for myself. Tuesday, July 31, 2012. This last weekend Jordan, Hallie, and I made the long voyage to Utah. A whole 3 1/2 hour drive. It seems like a voyage because Hallie does not enjoy being in her car seat. She loathes it. But we left during her nap time in hopes that she would sleep, and after 2 hours of screaming crying she did sleep. Well anyways. The reason that we went to Utah was for a wedding!
