Wednesday, June 20, 2012. I know its June 20th but when I first started this post it was titled "Its May! So its June and I'm finally writing. And I know that I need a new post. Not only because its been a few months but because when I take a look at my traffic I see that 2 blogs often check my blog. Someone by the name of Baylor Barretts. Since Feb.5th, lots of things have happened. I think I'll use some pictures to tell of the most notable things. Brad's Birthday and Surprise Dinner. Was in 2 weddings.

Tuesday, June 21, 2011. 1st blog post of my life. Well, the time has come for me to start a blog. Why? Mostly because I have little to do this summer other than find a job. We hope this blog will provide entertainment, a reason to procrastinate, a place to store our good times for when our memories are old, and an easy way to write a journal without having to handwrite it. Wednesday, September 19, 2012. Practically Perfect in Every Way. On Monday we had the privilege of seeing our sweet baby GIRL! It was such a joyful, surreal, and amazing experience. Caroline Lynley is the most beautiful girl in the world. I keep looking at her little side profile on the sonogram and cannot believe how cute and perfect she already is. I love her so much it makes my heart ache and I haven't even held her in my arms yet. Looking slightly alien-like but still so cute holding her little toes!

Thursday, January 3, 2013. What a great year 2012 was! God blessed us in ways that words cannot describe this year. Top 5 Moments/Memories of 2012. 1 Duh We're pregnant! And its a GIRL! 2 We got the best/craziest/most costly/wouldn't-trade-him-for-the-world dog. Technically we got him Dec. 30, 2011 but we're counting him as a 2012 blessing). 3 We went on a life-changing mission trip to Guatemala. 4 Finished our first Triathlon! And there is more where that came from. 5 Celebrated 1 year of wedded bliss!

Tuesday, January 31, 2012. We had our first Christmas this year! It was a happy one that I'll be glad to remember in many years. We spent the 23rd with my dad and the 24th with my mom and grandparents. That was different for obvious reasons but was better than expected. Tuesday, July 31, 2012. Back at the beginning of July, when summer school had. Finished, Brad and I went on a much-needed road trip to Arkansas! We miss our friends there so much, and although we weren't able to see everyone, we were able to see many and celebrate a new marriage. Saturday, January 5, 2013. All that is missing is a baby. I thought I'd post a few pictures of Caroline's Nursery. It turned out just how I pictured in my head and is now my favorite room in the house! My Grandma Chickie is a very talented seamstress and sewed all of Caroline's beautiful crib bedding! We sewed from morning till night and then some. Brad building the crib. Hello light-silvery-(almost thought we bought baby blue-panic attack)-gray. Late night of painting together. When you think about pregnancy, you often think of the notoriously horrible first trimester. Don't let the world fool you, you one-day-pregnant-women! Tuesday, January 1, 2013. It is January. THE month! I know most people are excited that today is New Year's Day but I couldn't care less about the new. Is the big deal to me! It is finally January. We have been waiting and counting down the days and weeks until January since May. I cannot believe it finally came. The Mayans had me worried.not really. Time has truly flown by! 24 weeks- ear of corn. Life got a little crazy after this and the veggie/fruit idea died. Oh well. In front of our new rent house.
