I spent a long time in a residential treatment center meaning I was in a facility where I was protected from all triggers because I was so emotionally unstable. If there’s one thing I learned in that center, it’s that I’m fucking nuts. I came back with more problems than I left with and there’s nothing I want more than to go back to that lifestyle.
