Regional Care Organization Quality Assurance (QA) Committee. ACHIA Director Cason Benton, MD, FAAP, has a two year appointment to the Alabama Medicaid Agency's Regional Care Organization Committee. This committee is charged with quality metrics selection for the RCO's. Other ACHIA Steering committee partners, including the Alabama Chapter-American Academy of Pediatrics and the Alabama Department of Public Health, have representation on this committee.
