Monday, February 20, 2012. Gift #7: Pillows and Blankets. Besides the obvious benefit involving comfort and warmth, I am also thankful for blankets and pillows because of their entertainment value. The kiddies had no school today, and I had lots of laundry to do. We were in short supply of fun, so we built a mountain/ramp/trampoline. Chad wanted a picture of himself flying. Instead, he got mostly blurry images with his head chopped off. And many landing images. He was not impressed with my photo skills.

Wednesday, December 21, 2011. We are getting ready for the big day! Baking, wrapping, decorating, santa visiting, all around mahem. We took the kids to visit Santa at Storybook Lane (a local dairy). They have a play town called Dairyville, with an old bank, school, candy shop. They also have an old theater that plays Christmas movies. It was lots of fun. Friday, October 21, 2011. Annual Pumpkin Patch Festivities. This is like our tenth visit to Lakeview Farms, we never tire of it. Apparently, it continues to surprise, as well (wait for it).
