I came, I saw, I wandered. Wednesday, January 30, 2008. I have decided that doing just about anything official here in France feels like going to the DMV. Ie waiting in line. A lot. And general inefficiency in unimaginable quantities. I am sort of exaggerating but not really. This should not distract from the wonderful news that I now have my Carte de Sejour!
