Simple training map with the new vietnam props. You start with Famas/Deagle but can pick up AKs. Someone on the steamforums showed immense concern about the visual quality of my first two csgo projects and with that managed to fling a metaphorical kitchen knife at the balloon that is my overly inflated ego. Like Canyonworld, this is a simple remake of a popular 1.6 map. CSPromod already has an official version of akcolt but it's set on top of a skyscraper and had some of its layout changed, so I created this version which is much closer to the original. Terrorists start with AKs, CTs start with M4s, then everyone tries to kill the other team. Because of the huge distance between the spawn areas, all players aim has to be spot on and they will get trained their aim really well.

This is a simple iceworld remake for CSPromod, just set in the desert. Weapon spawns are copied 1:1, the buyzone in the middle still exists and only the outer cover at the flanks has been changed slightly to make camping harder.

Two oilrig platforms in the middle of the sea. Players start with SSG08 snipers and P250 pistols and there's M4A4 lying around. I always wanted to create an oilrig map so, here it finally is. People have very positive reactions to custom maps right now so I'm just going to ride that wave until it dies down.

If you don't like simple but confusing maps, you might still like getting dizzy on a spinning satellite. Gameplay on starfire is fairly basic: All players spawn with a random combination of Aug, Krieg, Scout, Glock and Elites and can either drop their primary weapon to get ahold of one of each teams AWPs (hovering mid-air between the first and second satellite reflector rows at each spawn) or hold on to it and advance. Thanks to Philip K for the satellite textures!

AcidMaps is an open source library that generates interpolated images from a set of valued points in real time. It's can be used to generate advanced visualizations with point datasets: (e.g.: sales, temperature, atmospheric pressure, population, etc.). With the plugin for GeoServer ( =2.1), you can use a WMS points layer to generate an AMS map. You just need to add some additional parameters to the WMS request.
