Parsons’ Family Blog. Faith, Family, Friends… This is about our life. We have two children Colette and Owen, who are a ridiculous amount of fun. We are Jesus followers and live in Japan as missionaries with Mustard Seed Global Fellowship. Sometimes it can be hard to live so far from many of the people we love. We hope this blog helps keep us a little more connected. Archive for June, 2008. Things I have enjoyed recently -Music. June 12, 2008 at 2:08 am · Filed under Uncategorized. Really been drawn to...

Keeping Up With A Jones: September 2009
http://thelindseyjones.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Keeping Up With A Jones. Wednesday, September 30, 2009. Home Is Where The Art Is Tour (Part II). I mentioned earlier that I was heading to Charleston, SC and Atlanta, GA for two shows on the Home Is Where The Art Is Tour with Jessica Campbell. It was a great trip - we met so many great people. I found out that Charleston is where "The Notebook" was filmed, which made my day. I was re-enacting scenes in my mind the whole time :) I felt just like Rachel McAdams. Jessica and I with our host in Charleston, SC.

Keeping Up With A Jones. Saturday, August 29, 2009. What To Do When You're With Friends You Love. Why Don't I Know. By: Lindsey Jones and Tiffany Spears. I thought I knew once. I thought I knew twice. But then I asked for everyone's advice. I thought I knew then. Why don't I know now. I don't feel like a human, I just feel like a cow. I feel like a cow, I feel like a cow. I feel like a cow, like a big, brown cow. Don't feel like a dog. Don't feel like a cat. I feel like a cow, so what you think about that.

Keeping Up With A Jones: March 2010
http://thelindseyjones.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Keeping Up With A Jones. Tuesday, March 30, 2010. I haven't written in while.sorry about that. Anyway, the song turned out beautifully. It's the story of a broken dream. Sometimes my dreams seem so incredibly out of reach. And today was one of those extremely overwhelming days where you kinda forget what you're working for.and you wonder why you're trying so hard. It's a little bit lonely. Standing where I am. Maybe never stood a chance. But gave it everything I had. What was once a dream. When you get a...

Rainey News and Projects: July 2015
http://ournewhouserainey.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
Rainey News and Projects. I'm inspired by comments. Monday, July 20, 2015. Anticipating the arrival of Baby Boy Rainey. Little boy Rainey is expected to arrive in the next few weeks (or whenever he's ready). I'm a little nervous. With Madison, I didn't know what to expect. This time, I'm worried about little things.seems almost backwards. How will Madison cope with a new sibling? How will I get enough sleep? Will he be easy, will I spend all my time holding him (thankfully there are carriers).

Rainey News and Projects: March 2015
http://ournewhouserainey.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Rainey News and Projects. I'm inspired by comments. Friday, March 27, 2015. Time is flying by. Today is Friday of Spring break and in honor of your birthday next week, we did a mini photo shoot. You were elated to wear your new dress and sandals and asked if you could also wear some necklaces. Once outside you realized that although you looked like a princess you did not have a wand. I convinced you that we didn't need a wand to take pictures. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

http://ournewhouserainey.blogspot.com/2015/04/your-first-real-tea-party.html
Rainey News and Projects. I'm inspired by comments. Saturday, April 11, 2015. Your First Real Tea Party! This year, I asked you what you'd like to do for your birthday. My real intention was to lure you into a swim day and forego a big party. You wanted a party. Specifically, you requested a tea party with your cousins. You asked for there to be tea and cupcakes and balloons. The day I made the cake you finally settled on the dress cake. Table set and ready for the guests. Abigail, Saddie and baby Kate.
