Ensam blir STARK…. Friskt vågat, allting vunnit…. Är i full gång och tränar varannan dag nu. Men med lediga dagar går ju det bra…när vardagen kommer gäller det att hitta rutiner, framförallt när de gäller maten. Är allmänt dålig på att äta och måste hitta lämplig kost som fungerar. Proteintillskott är ett alternativ, snabbt och okomplicerat….jag får se vad som passar. Nu är det nytt år och nya vanor….hoppas jag iaf! 2016 kan bara bli bättre än 2015. Började bra iaf!
