This was served as part of the dessert on my recent Italian night. It taken from the book “Lola’s Ice Creams and Sundaes” by Morfudd Richards. I served it with Lemon tart but is equally nice on its own. There aren’t many ingredients and is simple to make ahead. You will need an ice cream machine to make this.
