Andy and Carmen's Blog. Monday, July 28, 2008. Every day the day gets closer. We talked with our social worker this past week. Apparently the "95% finished" didn't mean things were going to happen too quickly. She said there is a backlog in paperwork and that it would probably be at least October until we get our daughter. We're trusting in God's timing. In the meantime, we are so excited that Carmen's brother Lowell and Melissa Ens are coming August 24 to pick up their son Kamin from here in Thailand!
