When someone says 'Yorkshire' to me I think of two things; Emmerdale and green. I am a huge fan of Le Tour but as I live near Cambridge that is my association with Le Tour (so I guess it depends on where you live! That my project was going to be green! A Crafty Kind of Truffle. To create the mirror above follow the steps below, I have added some photographs to help. Paint brush, Cut and Dry, scissors, paper trimmer, needle, pencil. 1 Apply a thin layer of Gesso (allow the black of the frame to show underneath) onto the mirror frame and leave to dry. 2 Make the ribbon flower by first pleating the ribbon sewing each pleat and then shaping into a circle and sewing securely.
