Then the biggest problem I’ve had with anxiety is a tendency toward panic. For me, the panic attacks are triggered in ways I can only sometimes go back and find reasons for. Other times, I have no idea why I panicked in certain situations. It can be claustrophobia or it can be fear or stress that set these panic attacks off. Sometimes. I hope this helps!
