Acromil manufactures parts ranging from small (6 inches) to large (50 feet), simple to highly complex (monolithic). Our state-of-the-art equipment includes large, multi-spindle gantries, as well as both large and small vertical and horizontal machine work centers. Inspection with Acromil's CMM's. Acromil inspects all parts to our customers’ required specifications using our three coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) that range in size up to 40 feet. All three CMMs run on PC-DMIS software allowing parts to be inspected on any of the machines. For smaller parts, Acromil also has a 48-inch Romer Arm, which runs on Verisurf and PC-DMIS software. Acromil also contracts for dimensional inspection services on parts made by other companies to verify their accuracy.
