I had to get that darn braid in the photo {but mostly I won't look straight into a camera with my hair pulled back}. I'm crazy like that. Has it been snowing every morning where you are too? Is it frightfully cold? Tuesday, February 25, 2014. On Sunday, Elyssa took us on a tour of her campus, mostly to spy the awesomeness that is Pitt's Cathedral of Learning. If Pittsburgh had a Hogwarts, this would be it!

Tuesday, April 29, 2014. So, yeah. I reeeeaaaalllly. This is going to be so good. For now, though, I'm just happy to be participating in someone else's classroom. I really have such an amazing example of a teacher, so I am feeling very blessed. :). A palm springs wedding. It was a beautiful wedding on such a perfectly warm, sunny day. I love those things. The gorgeous bride is my cousin and dear friend (cousins make the best childhood friends don't they? And I wish the happy bride and groom all my best.

Saturday, May 9, 2015. The Loneliest Road in America! Highway 50 in Nevada. The fact I Eureka was having an old car cruise in! I had wanted to drive along this road for many years now! We had gotten close but never this close! I was so excited and because of the snow it might not have happened but it did! The traffic, wait there is no traffic! We did follow one car for the longest time, but for the most part, hardly anyone comes or goes this was! There are very few towns and really very little services!
