A blog in which people who spend the majority of their disposable income on beverages ruminate on their tastiness. Wednesday, March 29, 2006. Guinness and Travel Update. Hey look, I'm a Guinness! Dark and bitter, 100. Working class, 66. If your friends didn't score the same way, get ready for them to say: Guinness is too heavy; it's an acquired taste; it's too serious. And they probably think those things about you at times. But just brush 'em off. Everybody knows Guinness is the best. Cheers. I also had...

A blog in which people who spend the majority of their disposable income on beverages ruminate on their tastiness. Thursday, April 27, 2006. Avery Maharaja Imperial IPA. Avery Maharaja Imperial IPA. I am at a loss for words. It's very thick and creamy. Big creamy head. I assumed this would be super hoppy, but it isn't. It does have the sweetness of a Dogfish 90 Min. Pretty bitter aftertaste. Wondiferous. It's almost a very hoppy creamy red. It even inspired this man. To want to marry the Avery brewery.

A blog in which people who spend the majority of their disposable income on beverages ruminate on their tastiness. Monday, May 01, 2006. I got this Norwegian soda in St. Louis. It's halfway between orange soda and orangina. I would say there is actual juice in it, but I can't figure that out, since I don't read Norweigan. I got it in a can, but it was pretty tasty. Posted by jenny bento. Confirmed, 8% apple juice but oddly orange concentrate.I speak (and read, well, somewhat) fluent Norwegian.

A blog in which people who spend the majority of their disposable income on beverages ruminate on their tastiness. Thursday, April 27, 2006. It's such a great name! It's also pretty good. It claims to be "A little island sunshine in a bottle! Well it is. It's 6% Jamaican grapefruit juice. I didn't even know Jamaica had grapefruits. But it's tasty. It's like fresca but sweeter (as it isn't diet) and also tastes more like real juice. I bought it at an international foods store in St. Louis. TING!

My brave friend Mary and I got into the Jones Holiday Packs finally. Oh man are they awful. X-entertainment does a good review of them here. But they did not go the extra mile and get the regional pack, so I did. Here is the "traditional" Holiday Pack:. And the regional pack:. Is this the nod to the Jew who married into your family? A blog in which people who spend the majority of their disposable income on beverages ruminate on their tastiness. Friday, April 28, 2006. Old Jamaican Ginger Beer. So it turns out that Ting has a sibling and it's Old Jamaican Ginger Beer. That was pretty much the hallmark of this soda. Sweet, and very clearly sugary aftertaste. It's very gingery and a little hot, but pretty unoffensive. Very natural ginger flavor. Good. Posted by jenny bento. Links to this post. Thursday, April 27, 2006. It comes in a l...
