Samuel Sterns has been on the Marvel scene since 1964, in the role of one of the Hulks major villains. He himself was mutated in a similar fashion to Bruce Banner through gamma radiation, but for him it had the effect of turning him from a common dullard to super genius, along with a ballooned up head, green skin and mind bullets! Also, full marks on the mustache.
