Eg føler eg forstår engleske ganske bra og at eg sjølv blir forstått. Eg har sjølv fått mykje skryt for at eg kan snakke bra engelsk. Bilde av ein aktivitet. Onsdag 25. mars 2015. Onsdag 25.03.2015. Ein vanleg dag på Oakleigh House Nursing Home for meg:. Det startar ganske rolig med at eg hjelper til med å mate dei pasientane som treng det. Frukosten som eg har sett til no, består som regel av grøt, cornflakes med melk, skiver med masse smør og banan i bitar. Dei får også ein kopp te og eit glas med saft/vatn til maten. Det er også dessert etter lunsj. Vi tok lunsj på cafe i dag med ho som snakke norsk. Hyggelig:). Til slutt vil eg seie at dette har vore ein ...

Då var eg reist heim igjen som 18 åring idag! Det har vært en veldig kjekk tur og eg har fått lært veldig mykje om både, språk, reise, arbeid og om London. Tirsdag 24. mars 2015. Vanleg dag på jobb. Eg og Hilde har for det meste stått på kjøkkenet, eller pusla puslespill med pasientane. Etter klokka 14.30 står me berre på kjøkkenet å gjer diverse oppgåver, som å lage til te, kaffi og kaker, tek oppvasken eller så laga me alt klart til kveldsmaten. Før Ingunn kom, sto eg på kjøknet eller pusla med pasientane. Eg hadde også ein lang og meiningsfull samtale med ein av pasietane, noko som var krevande grunna engelsken.
