Our clients, a couple who love to entertain, were interested in building an extension to their pool house, an outdoor space to get out of the sun. The resulting structure, a pool pavilion, was literally designed on the go and is an inviting retreat from the elements. The roof material we installed was Corten steel.

Graham Goldsmith Architects. In Burlington VT was the project designer. We wrapped the frame in energy efficient SIPS panels. And bronze entry doors.

The structure added 8 stalls and a tenant apartment to an existing barn built five years earlier. Before starting the structure, we spent a month locating and moving all the underground utilities. Our client, an interior decorator, wanted to turn an old covered screen porch into a sunroom and add an elevated deck for entertaining off of her dining room. The deck, supported by a series of Tuscan columns, has a unique custom railing and Ipe decking.
