Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon. Cinnamon powder 1/2 teaspoon. Vitamin D3 drops 10 drops. Black pepper ground 1/4 teaspoon. Vitamin C powder 1/2 teaspoon. Mix all these ingredients in a 1/4 cup of milk ( coconut/oat/almond/rice/dairy ) of some sort in a small jar … shake well and drink! Sourcing the ingredients…. To be noted ̷...
