In my weight management class I wrote a paper on intuitive eating, no it doesn't mean eat what ever you want but it dose involve paying attention to you bodies signals such as satiation, cravings for vegetables, fruits, or complex carbohydrates, and of course protein protein protein. Snow Basin/curling/ Let's get back to training. My in-laws were very nice and treated us to two fun packed days at snow basin. With some of the runs being 20 min, I got my eccentric work out in. So Meg and I took curling lessons, ya got a good work out from all that sweeping. Tuesday, March 15, 2011. Tunes while you swim. I am a sucker for toys.
