At various times during the year we offer classes in topics such as Anger Management, A Mindfulness Training, Effective Parenting, and Parenting after divorce. ACT support groups and classes are offered for people who will benefit from sharing thoughts and feelings in a supportive group. Current and Upcoming Classes. Meetings include therapeutic recreational activities and informal educational discussions. Sessions are designed to help Spanish-speaking individuals enhance their abilities and develop skills to cope with the challenges of everyday living. Men-only and women-only groups meet weekly.
