Erin Van De Hey, M.A. BCBA. The role of Clinical Supervisor is to provide additional support and supervision to our therapy teams. Clinical Supervisors are an additional resource for ideas, troubleshooting, and collaborative support. Line Staff provide the majority of direct service hours to our clients. Line Staff employees have a minimum of 40 hours of supervised training before they are able to work with your child 1:1. They receive regular supervision and ongoing training by supervising staff.
