Lunes, 23 de diciembre de 2013. Cupcakes de Turrón de Jijona. Al final me he animado! Como mañana ya es navidad he pensado que podría empezar el blog con unos cupcakes de turrón de Jijona. La receta es de la página de Maria Lunarillos. Aunque yo he modificado algunas cosillas. Estáis preparados? Es muy fácil de hacer y realmente está muy buena. 100ml de aceite suave (sin ir mas lejos yo uso el de oliva del Mercadona). 200g de azúcar moreno. 1 cucharadita (de postre) de levadura. Media "tableta" de turrón.
