The chocolate cupcake recipe I used makes a nice light very flavorful cupcake. Chocolate Buttermilk Cupcakes ( justJENN. 1/2 cup melted chocolate chips. 1/2 cup butter (1 stick). 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 2 cups all purpose flour. 1 Tablespoon Valrhona cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon baking soda. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prep cupcake pans with liners. 6 Let cool on a wire rack.
