Wednesday, May 1, 2013. 1/2 Cup butter, softened. 1/2 Cup packed brown sugar. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/4 tsp. salt. 1 Cup all-purpose flour. 1/3 Cup chopped dark chocolate (2oz) or mini chocolate chips. I actually used mostly semi-sweet since I ran out of dark chocolate. 1/4 Cup chocolate-hazelnut spread, such as Nutella. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper; set aside. Beat butter with electric mixer on medium speed for 30 seconds. Beat in egg yolk, vanilla, and salt.

Lemon Poppy Seed Bundt Cake. 1 (1525 oz) package lemon cake mix. 1 (34 oz) box instant lemon pudding. 1 cup sour cream. 1 cup vegetable oil. 1/2 cup warm water. 1 tablespoon poppy seeds. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F . In a large bowl, mix together the cake and pudding mixes, sour cream, oil, beaten eggs and water. Stir in the poppy seeds and pour batter into a bundt pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. 1 cup powdered sugar. 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract. Just whisk to combine.

Sunday, February 12, 2012. M&M/Chocolate Center Sugar Cookies. I don't know if this is the correct way but it is what I did and worked well with out melting the candy too much. Make your favorite sugar cookie dough. Roll dough into a log and chill for at least 30 minutes. Slice dough 1/4 slices and place on baking sheet. Bake you favorite sugar cookie 7-8 minutes, pull out of the oven place candy of choice in cookie. Place back in oven for 1-2 minutes. Sunday, February 12, 2012. Tomato and Spinach Topping.
