Tuesday, March 31, 2015. What to wear while traveling has always been a struggle for me, especially when traveling to a destination that is on the opposite end of the temperature spectrum like this past vacation. How do I go from 25 degree, snowy weather to 80 degrees without freezing before leaving and dying of heat once I arrive, while still looking put together but decently comfy? The base of this outfit is the white tank top. And the white jeans. Is essential for easy layering. Because obviously....

All forms of shopping, from clothes to groceries. What a waste of time! I'm a buyer, not a shopper. I only head out when I plan on dropping cash. Seven - I love to cook. Vacation Apartments: Weekending: Exploring Charleston #5
http://cottageville.blogspot.com/2015/05/weekending-exploring-charleston-5.html
Monday, May 4, 2015. Weekending: Exploring Charleston #5. This was all last weekend (and one day in the past week) because this past weekend, I didn't do much but take my son to his soccer game and hang out in our backyard! We started out our weekend by going to Sullivan's Island and Fort Moultrie as soon as my son got out of school. We had never been to the Fort before. It is super easy to find and very inexpensive ($5 for a family). We then headed to lunch at one of Meg's. Favorite spots, Desano Pizza.

It's the New Twenty: Not Your Typical Independence Day
http://www.itsthenewtwenty.com/2015/07/not-your-typical-independence-day.html
Make Me Your Coach! Monday, July 6, 2015. Not Your Typical Independence Day. Apparently this weekend was the 4th of July, and for the first time in years, we did not host our annual party. We did not go to the parade or grill or even see fireworks. Things were quite different this year as our lives now revolve around trips to the hospital, pumping, healing, and getting things in order for our precious baby girls to come home. First drink of 2015! I'm going into this week with a list of tasks I'd like to ...

http://www.itsthenewtwenty.com/2015/07/week-recap.html
Make Me Your Coach! Monday, July 20, 2015. I know Monday is typically the day when we post about our weekend shenanigans and complain about our Monday blues, but since I barely know what day it is (hey, at least I got Monday right), I'm just going to break down the status of our ever exciting adventures of late. Now onto the important part. our twin baby girls! Reilly is gaining rapidly too, up to 3 lb. 5 oz! An entire pound above her birth weight! I know they're certainly not ready to come home yet, but...

Just call me Sparkles: November 2014
http://www.justcallmesparkles.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Nov 22, 2014. As many times as I wrote this post in my head yesterday, it just never made to the keyboard. You know you love me 3. Did I mention that the leave date on those gorgeous tickets is Thanksgiving Day? God has a funny way of keeping me from all that glorious food that I really shouldn't consume in mass quantities. He is a real jokester, he is. All I can do is dream about emails. All I can do is dream that I get emails that say the plane is full and I have to wait longer. Nov 19, 2014. If I wann...

life to the fullest: September 2013
http://meaganruff.blogspot.com/2013_09_01_archive.html
Life to the fullest. Monday, September 30, 2013. Pumpkins, a flood and a baby. September is ending with a bang. And a flood. And a baby. Let me explain. I went into this weekend with very high expectations. Friday was to be a night of rest, movies, blankets and coffee with my husband. WRONG. We got called in to work at the Tacoma Dome for the booster club. Life of a band director's wife, I guess. Our cozy night-in on Saturday. Homemade kettle corn, wool socks, blankets, Aaron and blu-rays. And I braved t...

Wednesday, November 27, 2013. This year I am thankful for so much and yet my heart is also sad. I can't help but think about my dear friend who just lost her mother this week. I can't help but feel sad for all the families who lost their job this year and cant afford turkey and all the fixen's. I can't help but think about all the homeless people freezing in this cold winter weather. There is so much brokenness in this world and sometimes I find it really hard to deal with all of that! If you haven't eve...
