H3 Residence Addition and Renovation. The house began as a sod dugout for Nebraska homesteaders in the late 1800s. The original owners built on to the house, room by room. When this property came up for sale, our client quickly purchased it as an investment property to “flip.” The client approached us about updating the tired two-story ranch, and lay it out as a more up-to-date floor plan. We proposed a complete interior remodel by designing the interiors as a 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, all in the same level, and also addressed the lacking curb appeal of the house.
