Sunday, May 31, 2009. Mom and Stef were going to Jasper so I decided we would go with them to keep ourselves busy. We had a good time. We then came home and swam a little in the pool. Wednesday, February 3, 2010. Well, Chris is back to school. This class is Systematic Theology. Boring! It seems to be a pretty tough class for him. Lots of very boring work. Owen is now 3 1/2 months old. He is such a wonderful baby. He hardly ever cries and has slept through the night since we brought him home. Evan is still as energetic as humanly possible and will be 2 at the end of March. Alana turns 5 in just 10 days and will begin school in the fall. How time flies! Links to this post.

I’ve had trouble making my sweet potato fries crispy in the past, though. Until I found this method, that is! It’s really simple, but a couple extra steps and it makes all the difference! 1 large sweet potato. 2 TBL olive oil. Sea salt to taste. That’s it, so let’s get started!
