Thursday, September 15, 2011. Artichoke Chicken and Roasted Potatoes. Tonight I made my first whole dinner at home. Brandon has done the cooking at night and I usually do breakfast, but this time it was my turn! I made Artichoke Chicken and Roasted Potatoes! It tasted a lot better than the picture looks.and don't worry, I had 2 pieces of chicken cuz they are so tiny. haha. Brandon loved it so we will definitely be having this again!
