Backstage Pass: #Godatwork
http://lisaroszler.blogspot.com/2015/03/godatwork.html
I dreamt of being in a line, waiting in the wings, backstage, in heaven. God stood at the front of the line, giving assignments and sending each person through the door on a personal mission. It felt like jumping from an airplane into life. Monday, March 30, 2015. August 25, 2012. September 9, 2012. March 29, 2015. To a seat on the couch. My sister-in-Christ, Julia, friend of the family, partner in mission, sat on the floor next to me. And what of the woman? Today, she wrapped her arms around me. Is a bo...

I dreamt of being in a line, waiting in the wings, backstage, in heaven. God stood at the front of the line, giving assignments and sending each person through the door on a personal mission. It felt like jumping from an airplane into life. Thursday, April 21, 2011. Have you ever just thrown your hands up in despair and resignation, exhausted from attacking every angle of a problem so that you finally just give up? Just shoot me. I'm done. It felt like jumping from an airplane into life. Wednesday, April 15, 2015. Inside, bedsheets churn in the washer. There will be no sunshine to hang them out in today, I think as I look out the window. A bluebird appears on the clothesline. My heart sings. Zip-a-dee-do-dah, y’all. Using Negatives to Develop in Him: July 2008
http://developinhim.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
Using Negatives to Develop in Him. Life is like photography. You use the negatives to develop and God is the ultimate developer. July 30, 2008. I talked to my mom this morning and she told me of how David threw the stone into Goliath's head. The natural law of physics says Goliath should have fallen backward wit. That would be a giant for me. But I guess sometimes you have to step out in faith, take a plunge, and let God do His work. July 24, 2008. Dog Days of Summer. Literally. For 10 days, I'm taki...

Using Negatives to Develop in Him. Life is like photography. You use the negatives to develop and God is the ultimate developer. August 6, 2008. They may see your good. These past few days, I've been reading through 1 Peter. I found so much inspiration for living this life as a Christian in these chapters, but one scripture that struck me most is 1 Peter 2:12. It reads:. Why anyone would want to stay in the dark. Do they stay there because it is comfortable? God wouldn't back-stab them; He woul...I am pr...

Using Negatives to Develop in Him: Such a blessing...
http://developinhim.blogspot.com/2008/10/such-blessing.html
Using Negatives to Develop in Him. Life is like photography. You use the negatives to develop and God is the ultimate developer. October 8, 2008. Until October 4, 2008 I have never owned a camera other than disposables. You can only imagine then, since I am a photographer, that acquiring a camera has been one of the most patience-seeking experiences in my life. It has involved getting rid of jealous tendencies, smiling when I thought I couldn't, and waiting- lots of waiting. . 749 instead of $799!

Using Negatives to Develop in Him. Life is like photography. You use the negatives to develop and God is the ultimate developer. October 21, 2008. This is so awesome! I was shocked beyond belief! I checked my email the same day that the check was placed into my ASU mailbox. You bet I celebrated again for the blessing God gave me. I treated my closest friends to Papa Johns pizza and jumped up and down for awhile and no one could wipe the smile on my face for hours or fade the joy written on my hea...That'...
