One shoe does not fit all. For a program to be effective it must be designed for the individual and take into account his or her needs, goals and aspirations. ADAM inc uses the following strategies to develop effective ongoing plans and programs for individuals. Short and Long Term Goals. 8211; Developing goals provides a focus for now and the future, and gives a benchmark for progress. Are goals being achieved? How can they be provided? What needs to be revised? What do I enjoy and what do I not enjoy?
