June 5, 2012. We are so grateful it didn't happen after we had moved in. It's a blessing in disguise. So as we are waiting for the repairs to be done our closing date keeps getting pushed back further and further. But we are coming closer to a close (obviously) and are looking at moving in about 2 weeks. I'm ready to have my own house but nervous for the responsibility of being a homeowner!
