Thursday, November 14, 2013. It seems like forever ago. In late September Adam and I took a trip to California for a family reunion ( 2010. Well, we also wanted to play in the ocean.) Here are a couple of photos with my family. I am not going to go into much detail. We woke up early in the morning and had breakfast together then hit the road and drove to a farmer's market! We didn't visit the corn maze but we posed for some pictures and bought some fresh fixings for Guacamole! This cake was amazing!

Tuesday, September 4, 2012. So many things to make someone smile. After Adam and I had our little mini vacation we drove to Massachusetts to visit family. Unfortunately we did not document this part of the vacation as well, also I am convinced that some pictures I took with the point and shoot have gone missing. Thursday, December 13, 2012. Adam and I went to Renfest again this year, remember 2011. This year was different. We dressed up! Well, I dressed up and we bought Adam an awesome shirt while we were there. It was so much more fun going in costume and with other friends that went in costume. Wednesday, August 21, 2013. Our second day in Chicago we walked to the Navy Pier. We had a list of things we wanted to see in Chicago but the weather was so perfect that we decided to spend as much time outside as possible. I really wanted to walk by the Tribune Tower. Friday, August 31, 2012. When Adam and I first started researching places in New England to visit a site that peeked Adam's interest was Mystic Seaport. This is the world's largest maritime museum, encompassing 37 acres. The museum is very involved in outreach and classes. September 27, 2012. I must say, the more I go to Hawaii, the more I am tempted to give into my husband's pleadings to move there. The only hesitation I have is that I know it would take a miracle to get my dad on a plane for 5 hours and to actually wear shorts. Flip flops would not even be a consideration. We had a great time!
