Barbell Front Shrugs - 3 sets of 12-15 - pyramiding weight up each set (does not include 2 warm-up sets). Standing Military Barbell Press - 5 sets of 7-12 reps - pyramiding weight up each set (does not include 2 warm-up sets). Upright Row - 4 sets of 8-12 reps - pyramiding weight up each set. Friday, 26 April 2013. Ok guys, as requested here is today's back workout that I completed at Agila Gym in Billericay:. Wide grip weighted pull-ups - 2 warmup sets of 8 reps followed by 4 sets of 10, 10, 9 and 7 reps. Barbell Rows - 5 sets of 8-12 reps (increasing weight each set). Supported T-bar rows - 4 sets of 8-10 reps (increasing weight throughout). Single-arm hammer strength row - 4 sets of 15 reps (increasing weight each set). Tuesday, 23 April 2013. Which WHEY To Go. Yes, I am just referring to cheating on your diet;) Ok, so I decided to cook a pizza from scratch, making it a healthy(ish) treat, using a wholemeal base. Here is the recipe! This includes a couple of small changes following the one I made last night, no I haven't cheated twice to test them, but these changes are only very small and I am sure will improve it, so here it is!
